Getting started

How do I create an account?

Visit app.sealedkiss.com/auth/sign-up and enter your email. You'll be guided through setting up your profile and connecting Stripe.

How do I set up my storefront?

After signing in, go to Settings → Storefront. Add your bio, photos, and services. Your page is live immediately at app.sealedkiss.com/store/your-slug.

Bookings

How do clients book with me?

Clients visit your storefront and click "Book". They choose a service, pick a time from your available slots, and confirm. You'll receive a notification.

Can I block off time?

Yes — in your Calendar settings you can block specific dates and times, set your working hours, and add buffer time between appointments.

Payments

When do I receive my money?

Stripe pays out on your standard payout schedule (typically 2 business days after a payment). Funds go directly to your connected bank account.

What fees does SWAK charge?

SWAK charges a monthly subscription fee (see Pricing). Stripe charges their standard processing fee (2.9% + 30¢ per transaction). SWAK does not take a cut of your sales.

Account & billing

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Your account stays active until the end of the billing period.

Can I change my plan?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings → Billing. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
