Is there a free trial?
Yes — all plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Your account remains active until the end of the billing period.
Do I need a website to use SWAK?
No. Every SWAK account includes a public storefront at app.sealedkiss.com/store/your-name. You can share this link anywhere — Instagram bio, Google Business, etc.
What payment processor does SWAK use?
SWAK uses Stripe for all payment processing. You'll connect your own Stripe account so funds go directly to you.
Are there transaction fees?
Stripe charges 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction on all plans — this goes directly to Stripe. SWAK adds a 1% platform fee on Starter and Pro plans. Studio subscribers pay no platform fee on top of Stripe's standard rate.
Do I need an iPhone?
No, but you get more out of SWAK with one. The iOS app is free with any plan and runs the full operation, including offline event check-in, Apple Watch wrist sizing, and FaceTime SharePlay consults. The web dashboard handles everything else from any device.
